Unlimited Secure Devices was built on the strong belief in human rights and the idea that everyone should be entitled to their privacy. We provide products that aid in personal privacy and practice strict confidentiality of your personal information. 


We do not require you to provide any ID documentation in order to create an Unlimited Secure Devices account. Your payments will be made by credit card and your credit card information, should you choose to enter it, will be held by this third party and not by Unlimited Secure Devices. 


Information saved on your device

We do not have or share access to any of your personal information, phone numbers, and/or email addresses, and we do not preserve or maintain copies of such content sent by you to another user, including text messages, photographs, or videos.


When accessing the Services that we provide, all the information you are entering, including your username, will be saved on your device, and not on Unlimited Secure Devices’ servers.


You will be the only one with access to your personal Information. You can securely share or delete your personal information at any time. Deleting information from your device will eliminate all of the encrypted records from our servers, your phone, and all of the devices of your Unlimited Secure Devices mobile contacts. Any deleted messages cannot be recovered and we take no responsibility.


Our servers are used to store the encrypted messages that you send and receive, only long enough to ensure that their delivery to each device associated with your account is made. Undelivered messages are deleted after 48 hours. Any such data is fully end-to-end encrypted with keys, which are, at all the times, and will remain in your sole possession. We have no ability to view, monitor, access, or decrypt messages sent between Unlimited Secure Devices users.



Encrypted communication

Any message sent to another user, via text or chat, will be transferred using a temporary and unique key allowing the Information contained in the message/s to be decrypted by the selected recipient. Only this recipient will have access to the key, and is able to read the data contained within the sent message.


All messages are subsequently stored in encrypted form on your devices. You may choose your own retention policy for your messages by selecting how long a message will remain viewable before it is deleted (via the self-destruct time for sent messages and manual deletion for your device). Deleted messages cannot be recovered. If you contact Unlimited Secure Devices to recover lost messages, we will not be able to assist you in said recovery. 


If Unlimited Secure Devices is temporarily in possession of any of your data, said data will be fully end-to-end encrypted with keys, which will, at all times, remain in your sole possession. We have no ability to view, monitor, access, or decrypt messages sent between Unlimited Secure Devices users.


How We Communicate with You

Information On Our Servers, Related Party, and Sales Etc.


Our Unlimited Secure Devices systems may allow access to the temporary encrypted information on our servers with our related companies, including our parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or any joint ventures who will also be legally required to honour this privacy policy. That being said, our related companies will not be able to have access to this encrypted information as only you will have possession of the key to decrypt it.


This private and encrypted information may be shared in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, dissolution transaction, bankruptcy, or proceeding involving sale, transfer, pestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets. If another company subsequently acquires our business or assets, that company will then have the encrypted information without the key and will assume the rights and obligations regarding such information as allowed by this Privacy Policy.
